I am taking admission in Pathfinder Academy, after reading Academy's declaration and being satisfied in all respects.
I hereby declare that the information furnished in registration form is correct to the best of my knowledge.
The student who is enrolled with Institute will have to follow the directions of Institute. In case, if the teachers / administrations feel that the student is creating indiscipline in the Institute, he/she may be expelled from the Institute. The decision of the Management in this regard will be final and binding on the student. No fee or part of the fee will be refunded in such cases.
It is understood that this admission is valid only for the course and the duration to which I am taking admission and I/We (the student and the parents) shall not claim/request for adjusting the fees to any other course or duration.
In addition to the above, I understand without any ambiguity that the fee once paid is not refundable at all, whatever the reasons be, nor is it adjustable towards any other existing courses at Pathfinder Academy or any yet to be launched nor towards the fee of any other existing or prospective student
I understand that if I leave the institute before completing the full course for any reason whatsoever, including transfer of father/mother/legal guardians or ill health of myself or any other member of the family or my admission in any institute/course/University etc., I or my parents/legal guardian shall have no claim for refund of fees.
Pathfinder Academy Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to use the photographs and or testimonial letters of students in any promotional activity for the institute.
Pathfinder Academy Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to change or alter the time of any of the programs, rules and regulations without any prior notice to anybody. The management's decision shall be final and binding on the students and parents.
In case of any dispute, arising out of present terms and conditions, same shall be referred to the sole arbitrator to be appointed by the Director of Pathfinder Academy. The seat of arbitrator will be at Delhi only. In any case if any matter has to go to the court, only Delhi court shall have jurisdiction to decide such matters.
Cell phone within the class is strictly prohibited.
In case of any guideline issued by the state and central government related to lockdown or any other situation, the institute will stop offline classes. In this situation, students will have two options:
1. For the remaining syllabus, one can continue online classes. 2. Student can take a refund (partial) and the amount of refund will be calculated based on the duration of the programme covered after deducting GST (Rs 6900) and the cost of study materials (Rs 2500).
Kindly don't take admission at Pathfinder Academy, if the above-mentioned declarations are not agreeable to you.
