The Common University Entrance Test for Postgraduate Programs (CUET PG) is a national-level entrance examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). It is designed to provide a single-window opportunity for students to gain admission to postgraduate programs across participating universities in India. These subject-specific CUET PG exams provide a pathway for students to join prestigious postgraduate programs in Life Sciences, Botany, and Zoology, ensuring a streamlined and merit-based admission process.

Educational Qualification

Passed a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent examination

Appearing in Bachelor’s degree/equivalent examination in 2025, are eligible to appear in CUET (PG) 2025.

Evaluation and Merit Lists

After the declaration of the CUET(PG) result by NTA,

the respective Universities will declare the counselling/ admission

schedule and merit list based on the CUET(PG) score and the other criteria of the respective University.

FAQ's

In our opinion, it’s not necessary to consult different books for each exam. For instance, for Biochemistry, we refer to Lehninger; for Cell Biology, Bruce Alberts; and for Immunology, Kuby during both BSc and MSc, as well as for competitive exams like CSIR NET Life Sciences, IIT JAM, BET, ICMR, and GATE. Therefore, consulting entirely different books for each of these exams is not an effective strategy. A few standard, well-recognized books can provide comprehensive preparation for multiple exams.
